I was phoned from this agent this morning regarding my listing (not with him or his office). While I offered 1% commission should he represent the buyer, he asked if I would give him 2.5% instead. Not sure how many buyers who might actually want my home are not going to hear it from him because he wants $20k instead of $8k to write up paperwork for buyers . . .

When my boyfriend and I decided (kind of last minute) to jump into gear to buy a house the first person we could think of messaging was Steven sarasin, my boyfriend knows him personally and knew he would go above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our first home. We wanted to move In within the new year (2018) and that didn't exactly give us a ton of time to look for a house, we gave Steven our budget, and our must haves and he went to work. Steven had no problems driving to kawartha lakes area to help us find that home we wanted, we looked at a couple and didn't like them but just as we left one house we remembered we had seen one online just 20 minutes away and called Steven to tell him, he got us in to see the house right away and it's the house we actually bought, so we,re so thankful he worked so fast on getting us in to see it. During the inspection Steven met us there and stayed the entire time and was listened to everything the inspector had to say and it helped us to our advantage, which is another thing were so thankful for. Over all Steven answered all of our million questions, and got us exactly what we wanted with no hesitation, he most definitely went above and beyond to help us and is the person I will be telling my friends and family to go to when they decide to buy or sell.
