The first thing you need to know about Seva Roberts is the man is a human dynamo. Energetic and resourceful he loves what he does for you. He is very well connected, effectively proactive, generous and industrious. I live in another province and not only did I sign on with an award winning real estate agent he brought with him the best of home maintenance resources in the city. Living over 5000 miles away, I needed peace of mind in the care and presentation of my house and Seva provided that in spades. I met Seva in 2015 when, after a renovation, he came to my home to provide an estimate of the amount of rent I could expect. He did this without expectation of any kind. At the time he also provided me with incredible photographs of the interior, again without any expectation. For the next seven years I used his pictures whenever I posted my house for rent online. But because of his act of selfless generosity I had decided that when I sold I would list it with Seva. In October 2022 I did just that. The house sold in November in a seemingly impossible market even receiving multiple offers.

With his creative problemsolving ability, he found the right people for the jobs , from tank removal to soil remediation to passing all the necessary tests, in a timely fashion. He made sure paperwork was completed on time and helped me when there were budget overruns. This was a far more onerous process than either of us expected but he remained positive and moved ahead with all tasks required. He is easy to communicate with, very honest and an excellent negotiator. He was very well informed about landlord tenant rules about ending a tenancy, and treated my tenant fairly and well. Most importantly, he is very supportive, patient, responsive, and always is doing his best for you which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend him highly for selling your home
