Our first interaction with Leanne Robb was via emails. This correspondence was all we required at the time which was well respected. At no time were we ever pressured or felt obligated . We were being well informed as to what was selling and where the market seemed to be headed . Leanne was recommended to us by our selling realtor in North Vancouver, to help us find the right property in the Chilliwack area. She showed great patience and flexibility in helping us to figure out what it was we actually wanted as we clearly didn't know ourselves. When a new property was listed, she was able to arrange a viewing at short notice and guide us through the offer process. When a question on utility connection arose before subject removal, she followed up with the City of Chilliwack, arranged a septic pump-out and inspection and was on site during the inspection as we were unable to attend. Her commitment to the process kept the purchase on track, subjects were removed and we are very happy with the outcome.

TL;DR: We paid Leanne a lot of money to sell our house and in many ways didn't feel like the service corresponded with the massive paycheck. The Details: Leanne helped sell our home in the Spring/Summer of 2022. Generally speaking, the sale was smooth. She is very organized and on top of things. It was an easy 15k for Leanne. However, there were a few incidents that rubbed us the wrong way. The biggest was with the notary she recommended (Sidhu & Associates - DON'T USE THEM). After we started to have issues with Sidhu & Associates I reached out to Leanne for help and guidance. At this point, she told me that she had NEVER worked with them and sent us back to them. I was stunned and very confused as to why a notary would be recommended to us without any knowledge of their past work. This feeling of house issues being pushed off to other people came up a few times during the selling process. It was very baffling because I thought the 15k we were paying meant that Leanne was the one to guide us through everything related to the house sale. Additionally, it would've been nice to be told more clearly before the open house that things we wanted to take with us needed to be removed from the walls. There were a number of storage things I would've removed to help save some cash when we moved into our new place. The last thing that was frustrating was the excessive request for a review. Towards the end of the sale, this was 90% of our communication. Multiple times I received review requests at 10 pm or later to leave reviews. Overall, we felt very unsure of what exactly Leanne did to earn 15k from us. I honestly think next time I'd just skip the realtor and sell it on our own.

All I can say is .. if you are looking for a realtor who knows the market and the area and who will keep your best interest in mind every step of the way.. Leanne is that realtor!
