We recently sold a condo and purchased a new townhome with help of Min. Our experience with her was great and would like to recommend to others When I had any questions, she normally get back to me with solutions within an hour. She was very fast and her response was very organized and effective When I was busy dealing with purchase of new home, she graciously took responsibility of my old condo related to setting up appointment with cleaning company and any correspondence with the buyers side. During the completion week, she checked in with me a several time making sure I have completed my sales and purchase transaction in time. Greatly appreciated.

I had the pleasure to work with Min and it was a treat. She was upfront and didn’t play any games with us. We are a family of four and super busy at home. Min pretty much did all the work for us. I cannot thank Min enough for helping us buy our house as well as business. Thanks to Min’s dedication and effort, my husband and I were able to easily start a new life as new immigrants in Canada. Min is an extremely patient and responsible realtor. Many people say they cannot trust realtors, but I trust Min 100% because I know she is always honest and really cares about my prosperity. She doesn’t work for just one deal to be closed. Rather, she builds a long-term relationship with you and tries to support you with her knowledge and expertise whenever you need to make real estate decisions in your life. I can confidently say that not only has she become my realtor, but also a very good friend of mine.

For those of you considering a realtor, I highly recommend Min Kim of Oakwyn Realty. She is an amazing and experienced professional realtor who is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, honest and patient. My partner and I are first time homebuyers, so we had a lot of questions. Min guided us through the whole home buying process and she was available for us 24/7. Min patiently explained to us about real estate and the market, stratas, what to look for in a property, putting in offers, and what happens after the subject removal etc. We didn’t have a clue how to find a home inspector, lawyer, or home insurance and upon our request Min has set us up with the appropriate people who have all been amazing and ethical professionals. Whenever we needed advice, Min was there to provide us with her expert advice in an honest manner, always acting in the best interests of myself and my partner as her clients. When I decided to involve my parents in the home buying process, Min even went above and beyond to treat my parents with respect and to make them feel valued as well! Min is such a professional — she presents herself well and she treats everyone with respect, whether it be myself and my partner as clients, our families, the sellers and listing agents. It took a long time for us to find the home that we truly wanted, and Min was with us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured to put in an offer. I think we went to over 10 showings before we decided on the right home. Every single time Min has been the best person to accompany us. She is truly our confidante and we will not hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends, loved ones, and colleagues. We feel so valued as her clients and we will definitely use her as our realtor when it comes to selling our home. If you are the fist time home buyers, I will definitely recommend her to you. She explains everything about what you need to know before purchasing a house. For appointments, she is very punctual and is professional. She is good at giving her opinions with good reasons and knowledge but she never gives you pressure to buy house in a rush. When you are listening to presenters from showroom, Min is always ready to ask questions that you might have missed or forgotten. When it reached 42 degrees in Vancouver this year, she was professional, patient, and tried her best to help me. Even though our search was during a very rough time, Min was extremely professional, patient and positive throughout the whole process. I found Min very informative, attentive to detail while going through Strata documents and constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything extra.
