I had a pre-construction condo in Kelowna closing in 2025, and given the shift in market conditions, the property appraised lower than my original purchase price. Kaylin hired me to photograph one of her listings and it was a great experience working with her. I appreciated the upfront communication letting me know exactly what she wanted so there were no surprises when I showed up. Upon showing up at the listing shoot, she was punctual and I could tell she had a very good eye for putting the finishing touches on staging the home which makes a huge difference in the outcome of the listing photos.
