By way of an introduction to you I have been in this business as a Realtor® for some 13-14 years. I have come to love and enjoy its benefits in so many ways. Previously to this business I was a high scholol teacher teaching from grades 9-12 in British Columbia for 26 years. Prior to these 26 years, I was a builder/carpenter also in B.C..

Over the last few years the market has been very taxing on some and yet very, very benficial to others. By this I mean the Buyers have been caught in a very strange and exhausting time, when it comes to home buying and/or selling. As for the Seller's experience, well they too will find the selling of a home in quite the opposite category of the real estate business. Their time to sell could not come at a more opportune time.
