Eric Langhjelm

A Real Estate Advisor with Oakwyn Realty, Eric Langhjelm assists both Buyers and Sellers in Victoria with their various real estate needs. Eric has significant experience negotiating the purchase and sale of residential properties of all types and for a diversified portfolio of clients. Regardless of the size of the deal, Eric works to provide efficient, practical, and comprehensive advice to his clients.

Eric obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Simon Fraser University in 1999 and received a Diploma in Film Studies from Capilano College in 2000. Since earning his Real Estate Trading license from UBC's Sauder School of Business in 2008, Eric has had the privilege of selling hundreds of homes as well as the valuable experience gained from developing and managing an indepedent real estate brokerage, VPG Realty Inc, for nearly 8 years. Having merged that brokerage with a competitor in the summer of 2020, Eric's sole focus now is on the marketing and sales of residentinal real estate.

Eric has spent the majority of his life on the North Shore, with the last 18 years spent in West Vancouver, specifically Bayridge. Having recently moved to Oak Bay on Vancouver Island, he shares his home with his wife, two teenage children and their stable of pets. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, playing hockey, or wrestling with his two bulldogs. He is described as amiable, analytical, strategic and highly competitive, and is committed to bringing his best to every opportunity.
