As a first time homebuyer the path to ownership was daunting and filled with unknowns. That was until Nic Wassbauer gave his initial consult and presented his information. We went over the enitre process, timelines and then set expectations for price ranges, key features that were Must Haves or Must Nots, neighborhoods and everything else in between. One thing i really appreciated about Nic was his calmness and "no pressure attitude" when I was unsure about a specific issue or small feature. He was never trying to talk me into or out of a positive/negative, only giving his knowledge when there was something to clarify or when he was asked. Today I'm happily sitting on the deck (Must Have) of my new home, over looking my dog run around the large back yard (must have) and could not of done it without Nic.
