I have two very important reasons for writing this review. First of all, I am deeply committed to giving Jack the credit he deserves. Secondly, I want anyone who needs a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor to know that Jack is the guy!! In reading previous reviews, I can see I am not alone in my appreciation of the care and professionalism that I received when working with Jack. When I got to the point where the reasons for leaving my home of 23 years outweighed the reasons for staying, I called Brookside Realty. Fortunately for me, Jack was assigned to help me find a new home. After spending time looking at properties and realizing what a professional realtor he was, I talked myself out of trying to sell my place myself. I offered my listing to Jack and then just watched him go! In record time he had my place staged, photographed, listed and sold for over asking and I did absolutely nothing but sign on whichever dotted line needed my signature. If you ever have thoughts of selling your home privately, a word of advice from someone who almost made that mistake; don’t! Everything is very high tech and fast-paced now and you will really put yourself at a disadvantage without a motivated professional and his team working for you. Yes, realtors cost money, but hiring Jack was the best money I have ever spent, period! I am now enjoying my lovely little “forever home”, a perfect place that Jack found for me. It’s more than a month later now and, he is calling around today to pick up mail that arrived for the former owners. He offered to take it to the other agent to be forwarded, just to save me the trouble. That’s Jack, what more can I say?

Jack Scott was our agent and he was phenomenal. He quickly zoned in on exactly what we were looking for and worked hard showing us places. He was able to close a deal on our dream home without the crazy over bidding. He then had our townhouse sold within 6 days of listing.
