Troy was recommended by my Sister as she bought her condo through him and had a great experience working with him. I meet him when he drove up Island to show her a place. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of that place, very through in his approach. She ended up buying in Victoria, and Troy did not hesitate to make sure she saw all of her options.
