Troy is the most honest, ethical and knowledgable real estate agent I have ever used. We entered the Victoria market at a time of rising mortgage rates. He kept us patient while also showing us plenty of houses and streets. We were looking for an older character home, allowing him to showcase his expertise on construction and other house issues. Once the market conditions became favourable and we found the ideal house, he sprung into action and sealed the deal.

Troy was absolutely incredible to work with on multiple occasions. We bought a piece a land on Vancouver Island from out of province and he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and went ABOVE and beyond for us. He gave us recommendations for services, did his due diligence on all aspects of the lot, and he even went to the property and walked up and down steep terrain for a few acres to scope out the whole property for us since we didn't get to see it before purchasing...all in dress shoes ha! Really appreciated that! We also recommended Troy to my in-laws and he sold their condo in Victoria in a unusual time in the real estate market. Definitely working with Troy for all future sales and purchases!

We decided to make a big life change and pack our family up and move to Alberta. We had 2 months before we were moving and needed to sell the house in BC. Tory was everything we could have asked for in a relator! He listened to understand our needs, he was reliable, trustworthy but most importantly patient through the whole process of our crazy, busy move! If we stayed in BC, we wouldn’t ever change relator.

Our son and his girlfriend met Troy when they were entering the real estate market in Victoria; they were very happy with his service. We were living in Vancouver and looking to move to the island as well…not an easy thing in a hot market. Troy would keep us in the loop and arrange multiple showings on days when we could travel to look at properties. His expertise and knowledge of the island was invaluable.
