Superstar Realtor! Vivian Yu is the best Realtor that I have ever worked with. This is the second time I have bought a home and I have gone through quite a few realtors because I needed one who really worked for me! I had sold my home in May and needed to find another home quickly as I was renting short term. In our first discussion, she did not waste any time by saying let’s look at the condo in New West that I was sitting on the sideline and considering buying. Somehow she instinctively knew that I had to see it again for the third time in order to make up my mind. Then she helped me setup 4 appointments to see the listings the next day and out of those viewings, I found my ideal condo that I had in mind – 1 bedroom and den with window (to be used as an office). She strategically negotiated down the price for me as low as possible. Then after the inspection, she further negotiated down the price by asking the seller to cover for the deficiencies that we found in the inspection report. As a buyer, I really appreciated this. Vivian puts the client’s needs first, really listened to what I wanted in a property. She is always prompt and available to answer all my questions. There was never any pressure to buy. She never hesitated to setup appointments even ones that I didn’t think I wanted to buy as she felt it was important that if a listing caught my eye, then there was a reason for that. And I’m so glad that she would show me these properties because by looking at them, I came to know what I wanted and didn’t want. Vivian is very knowledgeable, intelligent, and easy to talk to. She really goes above and beyond any realtor that I have ever worked with. For example, she will she read through all the strata documents and provide a “summary” for each section, answered any questions I had, or find answers for them. (I don’t think there are many, if any realtors who will provide this extra step of summarizing strata documents). My needs for buying were taken care of every step of the way. Her passion for real estate and professionalism were exemplary throughout the whole process and made a stressful process more enjoyable and manageable. I have highly recommended her to all my friends and family and should I need to sell/buy property again I would not hesitate to ask her to be my realtor again. She is truly a remarkable realtor!

It was my first time purchasing a home and second time around for my husband. My husband had worked with someone else previously but I really wanted to work with Vivian because I felt like she would make this stressful experience enjoyable AND SHE DID! As we weren't in the same city to view the home, she made sure to go to the property as soon as it was Open House and send me videos/photos. She continuously communicated to me throughout the whole process which made me feel very confident about the purchase. She was very honest, always available, reliable and lastly very good with communication. My husband even said that it was a completely different experience from working with his last agent.
