Our experience with Tony was disappointing as him and his clients failed to abide by simple contract terms and instead leaned on loopholes with a “nothing can be done now that the deal is done” attitude. First, our carpets were not cleaned as indicated in the contract, disregarding contract terms. When we inquired, they first insisted it was done accordingly, only to later show us a receipt that predates the listing being on the market (months before we received keys). Secondly, the sellers took their $30 used showerhead and left us with nothing (lol), which is something of such low monetary value but yet caused unnecessary inconvenience and is a violation of contract term as bathroom fixtures are supposed to remain. No resolution was attempted or offered when these issues were brought to his attention, reflecting on his business ethics and principles. 2025-10-28 Hi Tony, Thanks for your response. To clarify, the move out receipt you provided was a general move out clean, which does not include carpet cleaning. When we followed up, you then sent us a carpet cleaning receipt dated prior to listing being on market, which does not satisfy the contractual requirement. So yes, we did request $250 in compensation at the time but you had declined. You’re welcome to reach out if you want to resolve, but asking me to go through my agent to reach back out to you again regarding a situation where you had previously refused feels a little backward. As for the missing showerhead, it was noticed within 24hrs of receiving keys because typically you check for debris left behind, not a missing showerhead behind a curtain as it’s not home inspection time. Given your response with the carpet cleaning situation we just went ahead and replaced it on our own accord.
