My experience purchasing a brand new duplex from this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The home was delivered with numerous deficiencies and safety hazards and despite it being under warranty, no effort has been made to address or resolve any of the issues even after over a year of trying to seek resolution. To make matters worse, they now claim they have nothing to do with the property and were not the sellers, which is simply not true. The builder has clearly stated that he is holding off on making any repairs because Adil and his team have instructed him to wait. This shows a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. There has been zero communication, no follow-up, and absolutely no ownership of the problems since the sale closed. For anyone considering working with this team: be very cautious. Once the deal is done, they disappear, leaving you with the mess and no support.
