Jenny Matches embarked on her real estate career in 2007 when she teamed up with Janet Rathbun to establish the Advantage Home Team. The longevity of their team speaks volumes about the dedication, trust, and the outstanding results they have consistently delivered.

Being a lifelong resident of Delta, Jenny possesses profound insights into the community and offers extensive knowledge about the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver. Central to Jenny's achievements as a real estate agent is her unwavering dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Aside from her real estate pursuits, Jenny is a dedicated mother and wife who finds joy in cooking, getting outdoors & spending as much time on her boat as possible. She is actively involved in the community supporting initiatives that are close to her heart.

Janet Rathbun began her career in 2004 and has been a resident of Delta since 1991.

Growing her business through years of hard work, attention to detail and the core vision to create personalized, authentic experiences with integrity and professional expertise for clients. She is known for providing the highest standard of service and expert guidance by truly understanding the needs of her clients through a consultative approach. Gurdip began her Real Estate career in 2011 and joined the Advantage Home Team in 2013. She has thrived being part of the region’s top-performing team. Gurdip is a Buyer Specialist and prides herself on understanding the needs of her clients, finding the right home and securing the best deal possible. As a Certified Negotiation Expert, she brings specific negotiating skills, tactics and experience across cultural backgrounds to help her clients.

A lifetime North Delta resident puts Gurdip in the heart of the area where she sells homes, an area she know well and loves. With roots in the Punjabi community (fluent in both English and Punjabi) this gives Gurdip a unique position to help home buyers and sellers reach across cultures for the best possible result.

Gurdip is active in the community as a longtime member of the Board of Directors at NDFC soccer club and you can find her on the field every Saturday coaching both her boys’ teams.

Alison has been an invaluable and committed member of the Advantage Home Team since 2004. Alison spent many years in her role as Office Manager providing marketing, administration and accounting for the team and customer support that ensures a smooth process for clients buying and selling their home. This experience helped develop all the skills required to start her new career fully competent and well-versed in all aspects of real estate transactions. She genuinely enjoys helping guide homeowners and buyers through the real estate process. One of Alison’s most valuable characteristics is her superior level of detail which ensures an easy, stress-free process for our clients.

Alison is proud to raise her two daughters with her husband Chris in North Delta. The Valcamp’s are sports enthusiasts and animal lovers. You can often catch Alison cheering on her girls playing soccer and volleyball or out walking her Golden Retriever. Alison actively participates in community events and charitable causes and enjoys lending support to her neighbours.
