My wife and I recently sold our home and purchased a new home with Bryan Velve as our realtor. We worked with Greg Marenco to buy our first home. He was wonderful (and patient) as we sorted out where we wanted to live (City v. Valley), budget (below First Time Home Buyer's threshold v. something move in ready), and our dog (pet restrictions hide in all sorts of places it seems). While I am sure he is happy to be done with us, we are sad to no longer have excuses to email him at all hours of the day. 10/10 will use again.

Bryan is simply the best agent i've ever met since we moved to Vancouver in 1992. He sold my parents' house in the Vancouver west side. He even managed to get the buyer to offer 100k more of the listed price. No inspection needed. All you have to do is trust him. Give him the reasonable price of the property you want to sell. Then relax.

Bryan and Greg were on me to sell a property that I had. They contacted me every 3 or 4 months in a respectful and reasonable way, even though I wasn't interested at the time. When I finally did decide to sell, I thought I would give them a shot. I was clear about what I expected and they told me their view of the current market and we agreed upon a selling price. One of the things they boasted about was having a large list to notify when a property went for sale. As it turned out, their list worked to our advantage and the property was sold shortly after I signed the listing agreement. Certainly my experience would have me use them again.

Bryan Velve is amazing! This was our first home purchase so we knew nothing and Bryan walked us through every step of the way. He negotiated an unbelievable deal for us, allowing us to break into the Vancouver housing market. When he thought that the listing agent wasn’t providing enough information, he went out of his way and investigated a few different situations, which ended up giving us an even better deal, even as subjects were being removed! He made us feel important, even though we weren’t buying a multi-million dollar property. He sent us encouraging texts, long after the deal was complete, sharing in our excitement as first-time home owners. Buying a home is an overwhelming process and Bryan made it so easy and stress-free. We felt cared for through the entire process. I cannot recommend him enough.

Greg is a realtor who works especially hard "outside of MLS"- looking for the right property for you that may not be on the market, or bringing an offer on your property when you are not listed! He has this ability to bring buyer and seller together "behind the scenes" and is someone who will work hard for you.
