Mr. Neeraj take care of our buying decision like his personal buying. He was very friendly and accessible anytime. I remember, I asked him a question 1.5 months after buying and he was on board to fly back to BC. He texted me and told me as soon as he lands he will call me. Just after landing he called me and solved my problem. During the purchase time, I probably asked him 1000 questions and I always got each question's answers in the most productive way. I was very picky and felt sorry but he was like, don't be sorry, and told me buying a house is a big decision and be picky in whatever you want to buy. He takes his client's business personally. I felt it. Even, I rescheduled some times daring the house showing appointment and he was okay with that every time. He understands his clients in the most friendly way. During the time of final negotiations, he demonstrated his expertise and negotiations skill in most economic way for me. I would give him 100 out of 100 in professionalism, punctuality, negotiations skill, and understanding the market and above all understanding clients needs. I had experience with two other realators too. From that perspective, Neeraj is an exceptional realator in BC market. Just to add one last thing, even after buying the house, neeraj helped me in finding multiple trade persons to help me with building a washroom and get all the approval s in reagrd to that. He is a man of honor.
