Faith Wilson is the founder of Faith Wilson Realty Group, and is a REALTOR® with over 30 years of experience. Faith is recognized for her expertise in marketing and selling luxury properties; a testament to that genre is her notable sale in 2018 - the most expensive home sold in British Columbia. She has successfully closed well over 1.4 Billion in residential real estate sales. She began her career in 1993, becoming one of the Top Realtors® in the local Vancouver office. She soon aligned herself with the #1 national real estate brand, where she continued to refine her talent and the results soon followed. She became the brokerage’s TOP REALTOR® 3 years in a row, the first woman to accomplish this, earning national recognition by the franchise.

During these early years, Faith made a commitment to investing in the development of her personal brand and in implementing innovative real estate marketing and technological techniques. “I had a different service philosophy” she remembers. “I wanted to fulfill my vision for what it means to deliver value and white glove service to our clientele. For me it has always been about delivering the results each of our clients are looking for.” To that end, Faith opened the doors to her brokerage Faith Wilson Realty Group in spring of 2011.

I would highly recommend Faith and her team. Faith sold my house within a month (after it had been sitting on the market almost a year). Be aware of the Faith Wilson Group, and not just as a seller but also as a potential buyer. If you like one of their listings, apply extra caution. We just took possession of a property, the seller’s agent was Faith Wilson and they were highly unprofessional, their attitude was outrageous. According to the contract we should have received two sets of keys and one garage door opener. On a Friday night, just before Christmas, we received one set of keys with a broken fob (picture attached) and no garage door opener. Faith Wilson advised that we have to deal with the strata company ourselves because it is not their problem anymore; they are just not willing to honour the contract. We wanted to move in before the end of the year, but currently we are not able to access the garage and may get locked out of the whole building if the broken fob finally gives in. Faith Wilson and her company could not care less.
