TL;DR: If you are looking for someone extremely responsive, professional and transparent then Vinod is it. When we started looking for our first home we had a realtor but as first time homebuyers we were not getting the kind of guidance we needed which is when a very good friends of ours recommended us to Vinod. On the first interaction he spent a lot of time explaining his approach and how he comes up with the numbers in different situations. In the next two weeks we viewed over half a dozen property and Vinod accompanied us at every one of these property. During the showing we never felt pressured or in any hurry to buy. On the contrary Vinod came across as some one who was in no hurry and really loved doing his job and helping people getting their dream home. For some of the viewing he knew where we stood and wouldn't even ask what we thought about that listing. Here is the best part, during the viewing we fell in love with two properties my expectations was at this point any realtor would just tell you what you need to do to get in but Vinod response was completely opposite he told us he need sometime to look into things in more details and then tell us what he things the offer should be and based on that we can make a decision. The wait for his response was long but when he explained what he thought on the two properties and the work he did to come to those conclusions they were so solid and rational. That level of work gave me full faith that what he was saying was right. I am happy to say I am siting in one of those two properties writing this review :) I don't think this would have been possible without Vinod's help.

Vinod Nair helped us with buying our first house. He is very helpful, professional, and honest. If he feels that the list price for the property is not worth it he will give you his honest advice. He is a very efficient person, and tries to get stuff done as soon as possible. When we finally decided on the house that we wanted and put an offer up, he helped us find people that worked with us on our mortgage and home inspection. I would highly recommend. Thank you Vinod!

Vinod Nair helped us with our house hunting. He is professional and do not push you to put in a offer. He is a person who go by facts and data.
