Being from out of province he was super quick to respond to our inquiries and conduct many MANY home viewings via FaceTime for us. When we found the home we really wanted Josh did everything in his power to get our offer In on a very tight 24 hour listing and we were shocked and thrilled when our offer was accepted over 6 other (and probably higher) offers! He set up the home inspection within an hour! AN HOUR! So that we could remove conditions the same day. And sent us absolutely everything we needed to make sure we were all set for possession day.
