Gerry Fraser

Gerry Fraser has called the Okanagan home now for over 30 years, having relocated from Saskatoon and Edmonton where he excelled in Business, Public Service, and Community Involvement, for which he was awarded Saskatoon’s ‘Distinguished Community Service Award’.

He served as Director and Vice-President of Ducks Unlimited Canada; President of the Saskatchewan Assn. of Broadcasters; Chairman of the Board – Saskatoon’s St. Paul’s Hospital; Director of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club; and Saskatchewan Appointee to The Canada Council.

In 1990 Gerry brought his dedication to Community Service to Kelowna where he has been an active contributor to many local Charities and Community Service Agencies.

Upon relocating to the Okanagan Gerry found his niche in the award winning Gallaghers Canyon Golf Development when the Community was first established in 1993; and has enjoyed flourishing success ever since.

Gerry’s outstanding achievements in the Gallaghers Canyon Development earned him recognition by the Canadian Home Builders Association as the ‘Best Salesperson in New Home Construction’ both regionally and provincially.

Gerry continues to serve the numerous Sellers and Buyers at Gallaghers while extending his reach across the entire Central Okanagan.

Gerry has been recognized with the ‘President’s Award’, ‘Top Producer Award’, and ‘Platinum Award’ for Real Estate sales every year since he entered the distinguished field of Real Estate Service and has ranked in the ‘Top 100’ RE/MAX Realtors in Western Canada.
