From picking the best day and time to take photos and videos of our property to keeping us informed of what was happening with the market she was great. Alina was absolutely fantastic to work with. Before we had even signed an agreement to list with her, she had already spent time with the Town planning department to get a good sense of what the Chief Planner was willing to support in terms of development on our property. Her advertisements were clear and compelling (including using drone video to highlight the best aspects of our property). Alina represented the sellers of our new home. The sellers removed all curtain rods, leaving damaged walls behind in their wake, despite it being written into the contract that the all curtain rods were to remain in place. Our realtor reached out to Alina to make it right, and she failed to do so. Alina represents the brand of realtors with zero integrity or professionalism. I had heard nothing but terrible things about her from coworkers in town, now I know why. Would not recommend and certainly would never use her to list a property. In response to Alinas reply: A good realtor would accept that their clients violated the signed contract and offer solutions on how to ensure their mistakes were corrected. Instead, Alina would rather deflect and blame others. Typical of a terrible realtor.

Alina was our realtor when we sold our beautiful family home here in Osoyoos, BC. She was such a pleasure to work with. So professional, so prompt and she took care of us. Alina was the real estate agent representing the people who sold us our home. We were very disappointed in how she handled things. We walked into the home on possession day and it was filthy, the walls were full of marks and holes and it became apparent that during showings everything had been covered up on purpose with pictures, furniture, etc... In addition to this, her clients removed curtain rods that were included in the sale, they damaged the walls as a result, but she is refusing to be accountable for this. I certainly wouldn't recommend her. With respect to her reply - of course it has to do with her - she is not taking accountability for her clients actions.

Alina recently helped us with the sale of a property. We benefited greatly from Alina's understanding of the market by her recommendation of an optimal list price and guiding us accordingly as an offer was received and updated multiple times before final acceptance at full price.
