Welcome to Nelson BC and the surrounding area. We are Kevin Arcuri and Layla Precious, a husband and wife real estate team that have been helping people in the Kootenay Lake area to buy and sell homes for the past 19 years. Kevin’s family has been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years so real estate has always been a part of his life. We both grew up here—Kevin as a third-generation Nelson local—and have a deep understanding of the area and its rich history. Our lifelong connection to the Kootenays gives us a genuine appreciation for what makes this region so special and a true understanding of why so many people are drawn to call it home. With its vibrant community and rich mountain culture, we can’t imagine a better place to call home. We have been together for 32 years and have two children, Sofia 25 and Oliver 22. Unlike other brokerage teams that may simply share office expenses, we are married in business and in life, working with every client together. The result is an efficient team and a dramatically improved service that is not only smooth and efficient but maximizes value. We have bought and sold two homes of our own, subdivided and serviced our own property, and built a house for ourselves. We pride ourselves on providing quality customer service and find that a lot of our business comes from word of mouth. We have been involved in over 900 transactions to date and are consistently top producers in Nelson and the surrounding area. In late 2018 we became partners of our local Real Estate Brokerage with offices in Nelson, Kaslo and Nakusp. We believe strongly in the idea of helping people.
