Heather Spencer

Heather Spencer began her real estate career in 2006, working with Woodbridge Homes. From there, she joined Polygon Homes, where she developed extensive expertise in pre-sales, working closely with some of British Columbia’s largest builders. Over the years, Heather has represented these developers, managing the sales of hundreds of homes from bustling sales centres and gaining an in-depth understanding of the new home market.

In 2010, Heather ventured into the resale market for the first time, successfully helping families buy and sell homes. Her career has since alternated between project sales and resale, allowing her to excel in both fields and adapt to the evolving needs of her clients.

Now, Heather is fully focused on resale real estate, appreciating the greater flexibility it offers to balance her professional life with her personal one. She enjoys spending time with her two young sons, her husband, and their lovable dog, Bruno.
