Ben was incredibly helpful! Thanks to Ben we were able to buy our first home in this wild market for under asking. He was great at helping us understand all the things involved in buying your first home.

Ben is knowledgeable and approachable. He helped us buy our first home and get into the market. We managed to get our house for $20,000 under the asking price in a hot market where everything was going for well above its asking price and bidding wars were common. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy a house, but especially to first time home buyers. If you've ever thought about buying a house and don't know whether or not you could afford it I suggest you talk to Ben.

Ben provided us with attentive, knowledgeable and professional service in finding the perfect home to buy in Chilliwack. I would not hesitate recommending him to a family member or friend. He really knows the real estate market out here.
This was a very big move for us, selling our family home in Surrey and finding a new home in Chilliwack. Ben was patient and understating with our protracted decision making process.
Thank you Ben.

Ben is awesome! As a first-time home buyer, I really had no idea the process of actually purchasing a home and all the steps that are involved—working with Ben has been such a blessing. Professional, quick, and knowledgeable. On top of answering any and all questions we had, he's gone above and beyond to find out answers and recommend (as well as schedule) inspectors, notaries, septic, etc. He's been wonderful to work with and has found us a home we both absolutely LOVE. 11/10 would recommend 🙂

Top of the line service. Ben responded to any e-mails, calls, texts, extremely quickly and offered HONEST and REALISTIC advice without pushing for a sale.
As a first time home-buyer, Ben was willing to spend the extra time showing me around and explaining different intricacies of the deal to make sure I knew what I was looking for and was understanding everything that needed to happen. He was great with reminders, while not pressuring me into any decision that I felt wasn't thought through.
I would recommend him to anybody. Very happy with my selection in a great agent!

Absolutely fantastic realtor. 5 stars can't say enough... The honesty, responsiveness, and the extra time spent to make sure that he and I both understood what I was looking for are the three golden qualities I was looking for and he provided!
Got me into a great deal, walked me through the process, and keys are now in hand. Excited to do more deals with Ben in the future!
Thanks so much!

By far the best agent i have ever delt with. Always easy to get ahold of , and an absolute workhorse. Pretty much ran open houses every single weekend until we sold . A real estate pitbull. As a developer, i have delt with my fair share of agents , and i am happy to have found "my guy" in chilliwack that i can trust will always get the job done.

We found Ben by luck, clicking on a box to send us more information about a listing. We are very grateful that he was the agent to help us find our first home. Ben is very professional, knowledgeable, straight forward and friendly. He kept in contact the entire time we searched the Fraser Valley for the perfect town and home. He notified us when there was a listing that fit our wish list and was constantly checking for price drops, which allowed us to afford the house we ended up purchasing. Ben is patient and never put any pressure on us to make an offer. Instead, he saw each viewing as an opportunity to learn more about what we want in a house. We are very appreciative of his services and are recommending him to everyone we know, especially young couples who want guidance and experience of a local to the Fraser Valley.
