Rob Nelson - I am a dedicated and results-driven real estate professional with a robust background in business and hospitality. My journey began with a strong educational foundation at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and the University of Alberta, followed by over 20 years as an owner/operator in the highly competitive hospitality and nightclub industry. This experience instilled in me a profound understanding of exceptional customer service and the commitment required to sustain long-term client relationships.

Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, I’ve also lived in Lloydminster, AB/SK, and North Vancouver, BC, and now call Upper Mission, Kelowna, home. Having witnessed Kelowna’s evolution into a world-class city over the past 17 years, my family and I are passionate advocates for the Okanagan lifestyle. We believe there is no better place to live, raise a family, and build a career than Kelowna.

In 2015, I transitioned to real estate to spend more time with my young family, founding Kelowna Life Real Estate Group. Thanks to the incredible support of friends, family, and clients, I quickly established myself as a top performer, finishing in the top 1% of national agents in Canada and earning Rookie of the Year honors in my first full year. Since then, our team has achieved remarkable success, selling approximately $500 million in properties and receiving top awards, including being named the #1 Real Estate Team with Macdonald Realty Interior for the past three years.

Jason Abougoush - I am proud to say that I am a born and raised Kelowna resident. My family has been doing business in Kelowna for over 50 years, and have been active contributors in the community. I was managing my own tire and brake store at the age of 19, and by 24 I had completed my Finance degree from Okanagan College and was managing a four location Auto-body company with over 100 employees in my purview. After moving on from the auto-body industry I earned my Masters of Business degree from the University of Calgary with a specialization in entrepreneurship and real estate development and investment. I got my real estate trading license shortly after returning to Kelowna and began my first construction project, which was successfully completed in late 2017. I am an active real estate investor in the Kelowna market, and also consult and participate in private lending, and other entrepreneurial opportunities here in the Okanagan. Since getting licensed, I have enjoyed incredible success selling everything from mobile homes to luxury real estate, commercial properties and businesses amounting over 100 million worth of real estate sold in my first few years in the industry. My clients enjoy the unique combination of real estate knowledge, business experience, and education that I offer, but I never forget relationships are built on service and trust.

Ethan Rutley - Born and raised in Kelowna, Ethan Rutley has deep roots in the community, having attended A.S. Matheson, Dr. Knox, and KSS for elementary, middle school, and high school, respectively. After graduating high school, Ethan pursued a professional mariner program at Orange Coast College in California, where he not only trained to work on yachts but also excelled as a member of the track and field team. Since launching his real estate career in 2013 at the age of 23, Ethan has built a reputation as a respected and trusted advisor in the Kelowna real estate community. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service, he has become a go-to expert for clients seeking their ideal homes in and around Kelowna. In 2018, Ethan married his high school sweetheart, and together they enjoy life on an acreage where his wife trains horses. The couple is also dedicated parents to two daughters, with whom Ethan loves spending quality time.
