My wife and I got to know Yusuf accidently by visiting one of his open houses. We sold our home and bought our new home with Yusuf and Tash. There were a few communication problems at the beginning regarding our sale, but we worked them out - Yusuf is patient, a good listener and a very good negotiator. We were also super happy with our purchase, Tash and Yusuf managed to get the right price for us, not an easy feat we have been told, and they are still being helpful, even after the deals were sealed - Tash has gone over and above helping with extra site visits before closing (homemade Jam may have been used to help our cause!) and he wins 1st place in the Dad Jokes category ..keep em coming Tash! Yusuf Amiry is a tenacious, aggressive winner. If you are selling or buying a home or any property for that matter you want him on your team. I selected Yusuf after deciding to sell my home from two agents, he being one of them, that continually sent me information and pitched their services over a multi year period. They never gave up. They were both informative and professional. When it came down to the decision I actually chose the other agent but when I tried to contact him I was not successful. I then made contact with Yusuf on, as it were, the first ring. I advised Yusuf that it was my intention to sell my home down the near time road and had some initial questions. He said he would be happy to help in anyway he could but his answers and advice would be more meaningful if he could meet me at my home. I replied that I wanted to clean it up a bit and he said, "that's not necessary". He said ," why don't I come up and see you right now" and so our highly successful relationship began. Yusuf in the short time he had before our meeting researched the market and was able to inform me of current sales and current listings in my neighborhood. He asked me where I was moving and I filled him in on my intentions and the problems I was experiencing. My destination was Nanaimo and I had already made my choice but was having problems getting information and someone I trusted to represent me. Yusuf said his usual response, " not a problem, I can look after it for you, I'll help you sell this property and buy the Nanaimo property and coordinate everything so that you receive payment here and the required payment in Nanaimo at the same time". I was waiting in the ferry line in Nanaimo when he contacted me with offers on my Westwood Plateau home.
