Alex was recommended to my husband and I because we were in a tough spot where we needed to act fast in buying. Within 6 days of meeting Alex, we had purchased out first home! Although we acted fast, Alex made sure to listen to all of our needs and really guide us through the process, ensuring that we were able to find a place that fit all of our needs (we had a lot of them, which made things even tougher!) Alex was extremely responsive, always answering texts and questions as soon as he received them. I think part of the reason that we were able to purchase so quick was because not only was Alex our realtor, but his realness and the way that he was open, honest and upfront really made him feel like a friend who was truly looking out for our best interest. I moved to BC from Ontario midway through 2020. Was finally ready to purchase a Townhome in early 2021. Alex was amazing in helping me find the perfect place. We looked at a lot of places. He was on top of the search from day one and didn't stop until the deal closed. He's professional, hardworking and very thorough. He never missed a beat. I recommend Alex hands down. The best.

As a first time buyer to the property market it was of utmost importance that my husband and I have a realtor who we felt was down to earth yet experienced enough to be able to help navigate our way through the intimidating process of finding the right property that was geared towards our needs. We initially started out with a different realtor but grew disheartened when they kept sending links to locations we had specified that we did not want to be in.  Luckily at this time, Alex happened to reach out to us with an introductory email explaining how he has helped a lot of first time buyers.  Alex's email was positive and welcoming and most importantly there was no pressure, or expectation, two things that I felt with the original realtor.  We are very happy we ended up having Alex as our realtor in the end.  Alex is approachable and friendly but has  the utmost professionalism and really has a solid grasp of knowledge and advice about buying your first property .  Alex was very patient with us as we viewed a few properties that were out of our price range but Alex was willing to take us to see them as a learning experience.  Communication wise, Alex was always very prompt with text messages, and if we sent him any questions, he was always quick in getting back to us with an answer.  Alex has a lot of experience about which locations are more desirable and one of the aspects we really liked about Alex is his Honesty! A lot of realtors are out to get you to buy buy buy but Alex would tell us if he thought a property was overpriced and not worth the money and was upfront about properties that would likely need a lot of work.  Furthermore Alex's positive attitude helped keep our spirits up about finding the right place after being outbid many times which in itself was a disheartening experience. We will be looking forward to working again with Alex in the future and I have only good things to say about Alex, I will highly recommend having him as your realtor and would be happy to suggest him to friends and family!

My boyfriend & I had an amazing experience with Alex as our realtor. I feel that he was knowledgeable about the market & was strategic when putting in an offer on our new home. I kept getting stuck on certain places & Alex would remind us not to worry about how the home was decorated & to look at the bare bones of the house. I’m so glad he did that as we were willing to do small renos to get exactly what we wanted. He was a good listener & showed us homes that were in our price range & had all the necessities for us such as 3 parking spots minimum & lots of visitors parking so my friends don’t have to walk super far to get to my house. I feel we bought for a good price & he didn’t pressure us at all on any home. He made sure we had the chance to do inspections & literally read through all the strata documents with us & answered all our questions before buying.
