Looking for your first house on Vancouver island is no easy feat. I had reached out to a few friends from university here in Victoria on who to use as a realtor. A few of them had used Braden in the past so I decided to give him a call. He answered the first phone call and was prompt to answer any texts or emails I sent his way. You can tell he really loves his job and it makes the entire experience working with him that much more fun. He listened to all my requests and didn’t push anything I wasn’t on board with.
