I highly recommend Andrea. I live in the United States and had to rely on Andrea to basically be my subcontractor as well as Realtor. I was the executor of an estate, and the property was dated and needed some repairs. She did an amazing job updating the place. She always kept me well informed. She is also a great problem solver and always goes the extra mile.

In this difficult real estate market for sellers Andrea went above and beyond working to get my condo sold. Her ideas, actual physical assistance, knowledge of the industry and perseverance to get my condo sold so I could move onto the next chapter of my life was invaluable! She organized cleaners, painters for the touchups needed and other small chores around the place, talked me off the ledge :) and staged it beautifully. She held many, many open houses to find the right buyer. I cannot say more about the job she did and appreciated her patience and professionalism.
