Kim Phillips and her team came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint! We choose them to represent us in the sale of our current home and purchase of a new home and they were always available to answer our questions and were very responsive to every text, call and email. Her team spend many hours travelling all over the lower mainland in search of our new home and were always courteous, professional and available. We did our research to bring on a realtor in the summer of 2022. Bringing on Kim (Reiko) and her team was a delight for us in our move from start to finish. Kim was all class, knowledgeable and a trusted partner in our decision making while navigating the ever changing market along with our time sensitive needs (on both the sale and purchase). Decision to move to a different city can be overwhelming when you are not sure about all the various areas and parts of the city that may suit your family. We had rarely been to the mainland, and our decision to move to Vancouver was pretty exciting as well as nervous. One of our close family friends recommended team Kim as they had recently moved to the mainland as well, and we decided to try their services out. It was really nice to meet Kim on Zoom for the first time as she spent the hour in letting us know about her team and how they operate and also in getting to know our family, and what we value the most. This information was precious as we started to look out for properties as Kim and Rosemary filtered properties based on our likes and dislikes. Team Kim always operates as one team, so any information shared with one of them trickles down to the entire team, so we got a team who's always available to answer any questions we had at any time of the day. Showings were always arranged keeping our 2 little ones' break times and travel times as well as grouping various home viewings together so we have a productive visit to the city. Team Kim also arranged Video viewings when necessary and provided us with all the pros and cons about the properties, areas and the commute to various places. We absolutely loved the experience, and never felt rushed into any decision. The entire team has been a delight to work with. Kim always had the best intentions while helping our family find the right home, and stayed on top of every listing we were interested in, and expressed her opinions in a very subtle manner that helped us make our decision. Cherry on the top is when they take extra care to help out even after the closing until you're able to either move in or rent out. Team Kim provided the best service any realty team could ever provide and we would wholeheartedly recommend them as their realtor to anyone or everyone we know.

Kim and Rosemary did a fabulous job in helping us find a place. We were from out-of-town and were not sure about neighbourhoods, schools, public amenities etc, even though there were stats available online, Kim’s local knowledge and experience helped guide us to look for houses that suited our requirements.
