Buying a new house is always a very tedious task especially, if you don't know the market, market conditions, laws and regulations and especially if you have a budget. Kim's help, advice and experience made our "home shopping" much more enjoyable! She listened to us, she set the right expectations from the beginning, she showed us homes that fit in our budget and which were based on our criteria and most importantly, she explained the dynamic of the market. We ended up changing our mind about a few things thanks to Kim and we didn't regret it. We are so happy with our new home and it was definitely the right decision. Kim and her team have helped me and my husband purchase both our first and second home. I met Kim a while ago on a home inspection for one of her buyers. The house I was inspecting was newer but had an absolute horrible basement renovation and there were many significant deficiencies that were costly however, the house was very livable. Kim's buyer was disappointed with the amount of work that needed to be done and Kim was 100% supportive of her walking away from the deal. I saw that Kim had the best interest for her buyer and steered her in the right direction. She was selfless and professional throughout the entire process. From then on I have dealt with Kim, Ashley, and Reikos. They are an absolute joy to work with and take a phenomenal interest in their buyers and sellers.
