After dealing with several realtors and house searching for a few months, we got in touch with Kim and Reiko. I met Kim a while ago on a home inspection for one of her buyers. The house I was inspecting was newer but had an absolute horrible basement renovation and there were many significant deficiencies that were costly however, the house was very livable. Kim's buyer was disappointed with the amount of work that needed to be done and Kim was 100% supportive of her walking away from the deal. I saw that Kim had the best interest for her buyer and steered her in the right direction. She was selfless and professional throughout the entire process.
