Eli and Josh were fantastic to work with over the entire process of selling our place and finding a new one. Our original plans were put on hold due to Covid-19 but over that time they kept us up to date on current market conditions and continued to send us new listings. They would also check in to see how things were going personally. We never felt rushed or pushed into moving forward before we were ready. When the time came to list our place Josh and Eli made the process fun and enjoyable. They had professional photographs and video done for the MLS listing as well as a fun video for social media. We had line ups at the 2 open houses and our place was sold in less than a week, and for over asking! They've also made finding and buying our new home easy. They were quick to respond when we found something we wanted to look at, and when the time came to make an offer, they were able to answer our questions and give us advice on what we should offer based on market conditions, neighborhood and building. Selling and buying a home can be stressful but Josh and Eli made the whole process smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend giving Eli and Josh a call if you are looking to sell, buy, or both!
