I have always had a genuine interest in Architecture, Law & Psychology, and I believe taking what I have learned from these areas into real estate is what gave me a strong start to my Real Estate career in 1980. If you ask people what best describes me it would be my straight forward, common sense approach coupled with an assertive, problem solving style. I really try to focus on the needs of our clients and serving them to the best of my ability. This has always been at the forefront and helped me shape almost 4 successful and reputable decades in real estate on the West Side of Vancouver. Our team continues to strive to provide the most efficient communication and a fair and ethical approach in all aspects of our real estate business. When I'm not working I can be found on Jericho beach with my dog Oliver or being at my home away from home on Bowen Island.

Natalie Taylor PREC*

Having been fortunate enough to travel throughout many different regions of the world, I can truly say that we live in one of the most beautiful cities. Born in Vancouver and having grown up on the North Shore, I attended UBC where I obtained my Bachelor's Degree followed by achieving my license in 2006. Real Estate has always been a natural fit for me. My Father, a respected contractor, and my Mother, a former highly successful realtor, have played huge roles in laying my Real Estate foundation with a lifetime of knowledge and experience. I am so pleased that I get to share this wealth of insight with my clients on a daily basis. Whether it is a personal residence, investment property, upsizing or downsizing, I have helped clients on the Westside, Eastside, Downtown, and the North Shore. Having my clients best interests at heart every step of the way. I've recently grown my own family with the addition of two wonderful children, so I can truly appreciate the various housing needs that people have to meet at different stages of their life. I am incredibly fortunate to be a part of such a highly respected and successful team as The Kavanagh Group. A team that so closely matches my work ethic, values, and overall customer care.

Jolanta Proczek PREC*

Having grown up in Poland, I moved to Mexico for 6 years followed by a move to Vancouver in 2007. My ability to communicate in Polish, Spanish and English has allowed me to meet many people and work with them in their own language. I began my real estate career in Warsaw and worked for an International Real Estate Company, Colliers International, selling and leasing residential real estate to executives from Multinational Corporations across the region. Upon arrival in Vancouver, I was working with another team before joining the award winning, dynamic & successful Kavanagh Group. I have a Master’s Degree from Warsaw School of Economics which allows me to analyze the financial side of the business when dealing with clients. My strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure there are no oversights in dealing with our Clients’ most important asset. In my leisure time, my husband and I travel to our summer cabin on the Lake of the Woods and enjoy spending quality time together with family and friends.
