In search of my first home I went online and had no intention of connecting with a realtor in my first month of browsing homes. Just wanted to have a look to see what I could get for the price range and area I wanted to be in. I spoke to another realtor about a listing that did not belong to him and he simply said "That's not my listing." When I reached out to Kim, she provided me with much more information than I asked for, educating me on how the entire home buying and taking ownership process works and she was very open to helping me answer any questions regarding any listing - even if it was another agent's. She kept me updated with texts/e-mails throughout the day while I was busy at work and made me feel like I was a VIP client of hers. I'm sure that she treats every one of her clients this way and I was very impressed with her service. She completely understood that I had never done this before and was very patient, never suggested anything that wasn't in my best interest, and did not rush any part of it. As a real estate investor, I've bought and sold a lot of properties - and working with Kim has been the best experience that I've had to date with a realtor. She blew me away with the way she treated my tenant, over delivered on all of my requests, and got me much more money on the sale than any other realtor suggested.
