Pre Covid my wife and I decided to take the plunge and try and get on the”property ladder”. But after many let downs, particularly due to the “bidding wars” and strata restrictions we ended our search. In approximately July (2023) we the entered the market once more. Whilst scouring the various property ads for our price range and location we came across an agent by the name of Alison Stebbings of Sutton Realty. We decided to give Alison a call and from that moment onwards we were very impressed by her professional and courteous manner. There was no heavy sales pitch or any form of pressure whatsoever. She was very up to date with current market trends and her advice and guidance were very invaluable to us throughout our potential property investment . Alison is a well dressed and extremely presentable woman. No sooner had we called her about various listings she was able to arrange viewings for us almost immediately. Whether it be weekends, stat holidays or after hours she always seemed to be working, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We found this punctuality and energy to be a very important part of her routine. In being so driven we were never let down or missed out on potential purchases.
