We decided to sell the house and hired a realtor who came to us a year earlier and introduced himself as a realtor. He turned out to be nice but unprofessional and with little experience, he even took the photos himself, which were very simple and did not reflect the nice interior of our house. A few months later, I received an e-mail from Wah Chan who sent us several houses in our area and described each of these houses in detail in order to accurately price our house. When our contract with the previous realtor expired after a few months, we offered to sell our house to Wah Chan. It was a good decision. Wah turned out to be a very responsible realtor, a good advisor and he often contacted us and informed us what was happening on the market. He hired professionals who took wonderful photos, a beautiful four-page brochure and a website. He had a lot of open houses and the house sold relatively quickly, adequate to the market situation. We 100% recommend Wah Chan, a good realtor, a very nice personality, professional and always smiling and in a good mood. Working with him was a great pleasure.
