Patrick has widespread knowledge of the single family home and condo market both downtown and surrounding communities. His experience comes from project sales with local developer, Mosaic Properties Inc. Patrick understands the construction process components and is able to easily translate that knowledge to his clients. Patrick has comprehensive knowledge of the financial components that are involved when buying and selling a home, as a result of his time underwriting mortgages. This knowledge and understanding proves invaluable to many of our clients. Kate's excellent negotiating gifts are derived from years of negotiating commercial leases, allowing her clients to get the price they are striving for. After finding what can only be described as a fantastic home, and one that fits our family superbly, and at a price that we were comfortable paying, Patrick provided contacts for accountants, lawyers, and insurance to help us get into our new home. We have used Hossack + Gray Real Estate — The Agency for two recent real estate transactions and have consistently been impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market.
