Julia Blackburn

I'm Julia Blackburn, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Camosun, helping buyers and sellers across Oak Bay, Fairfield, James Bay, Fernwood, Saanich, Vic West, Esquimalt and Greater Victoria. Originally born and raised in Alberta, moving to the West Coast was a dream come true and I feel incredibly grateful to call Vancouver Island home.

For me, real estate has always been about people. I work with a lot of first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers and people relocating to Victoria. I love being a part of those big moments in their lives. So many of my clients have become friends, and that means the world to me. Wherever you are in life, I'll make sure you feel supported and confident from start to finish.

I hold the Accredited Real Estate Negotiator (AREN) designation and always put your goals and best interests first. To me, it's more than a transaction; it's a partnership built on trust.

I’ve been ranked among the top 30% of REALTORS® on the Victoria Real Estate Board in 2022, 2023 and 2025 and the top 20% in 2024. I was also honoured to be recognized by RankMyAgent as a Top Real Estate Professional in Victoria for 2025, receiving their Best of Victoria Award.

Giving back is also an important part of who I am. I’m an avid animal advocate and proudly support local animal rescue efforts, dedicating a portion of my sales to help make a difference. I also contribute a percentage of each sale to the Children’s Miracle Network, with 100% of those proceeds benefiting the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me hiking, exploring a new beach, enjoying the outdoors or simply taking in everything this incredible island has to offer.
