BUYER/SELLER BEWARE If I could give this man less than one star I would. His home inspections are misinformed, he is impossible to reach and doesn't respect the fundamental values and principles of a decent real estate agent. He cannot be trusted and any information he provides on his properties should be taken with a grain of salt. I HIGHLY recommend getting your own home inspection as we have had major problems with our recently purchased home. We have had to spend an extra $40k to repair things in the home that should have been in the home inspection. I know this agent owns the Clanton Park and Bathurst Manor area but PLEASE do yourself a favour and NEVER use him to buy or sell your home.

I am writing to share my experiences as someone who purchased a home from one of David Soberano's listings. My biggest recommendation is to stay away from his listings. First, the home inspection report provided to us was incredibly confusing to read and decipher. Second, when we had questions about the property, he was slow in getting back to us. Third, when we put in our first offer on the property, he did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge the offer. We just never heard back from him until we reached out. Fourth, when we put in offers down the road (the house was re-listed), again, he did not have the professional courtesy to get back to us in a prompt manner. Maybe if you are a client of his, you will like this review. However, I encourage all buyers to be wary of his listings and not to trust his home inspections. Get your own home inspection or make the offer conditional (I wish we would have done this as we are now encountering numerous issues with our property)
