Azur Beaumont

Azur Beaumont (previously known as Les Ciels de Beaumont) is an 80-acre parcel ideally located in the southeast quadrant of the City of Beaumont, Alberta. This fast-growing municipality is located on the southeast periphery of the City of Edmonton and is contiguous to an actively developing neighbourhood. Multiple land uses create the community over 5 stages of development. Residential (single-family, executive, duplex, triplexes and multifamily), commercial space, parks and a school site. With the first stage connecting to the existing community to the north and/or the newly upgraded range road 241 to the east, this neighbourhood is easily accessible. Azur means “blue skies” in French, paying homage to the French roots Beaumont is famous for. Avillia began construction of Azur in 2022 with builders to begin their showhomes early in 2023.
