Legendary Developments is a fully integrated developer that directly oversees every stage in the development cycle: acquisitions and land development, finance, construction, sales and marketing. Locally owned and operated since the early 1990s, Legendary Developments has over 20 years of experience in land development in the Lower Mainland with a primary focus in the Surrey, BC market. To date we have developed and built approximately 300 homes with costs in excess of $100MM.
