We put up our property for sale just when mortgage costs started to rise and we also just purchased another condo . Needless to say it was a very stressful period as there were more sellers than buyers and we had 2 mortgages to cover and also strata costs. But Melanie being the professional that she is advised us all along the way how to navigate the bumps and roadblocks the market was experiencing. She did a lot of legwork to put the property in a good light for viewing and kept encouraging us when we thought we couldn’t sell. Mortgage costs were dampening our motivation and caused us sleepless nights until Melanie finally secured a buyer. She never gave up! Melanie followed the deal through from start to finish and now thanks to her we have reduced our mortgage costs drastically. Dealing with Melanie was the best experience for us and also she helped sell our daughters condo as well in similar market conditions.
