Though many people in Vancouver know South Granville for its fabulous, pricey shops and upscale vibe, the MLS® South Granville pocket falls much further south than Williams Sonoma. Roughly bordered by Cyprus Street, 41st Avenue, Oak Street and 64th Avenue, the area still remains a highly sought-after West Side address.
We found almost 60 single-family homes currently on the market in this neigbourhood, as well as a selection of townhomes, but no condos currently listed. While townhouses in the area range roughly from $1 million to $1.5 million dollars, the highest and lowest listings are family-sized, at four and three bedrooms respectively.
Single-family houses in the area up the ante significantly. Although we found the lowest detached house in South Granville to be a nine-year old home on a smaller lot listed at $1.2 million, the most-expensive single-family home in the neighbourhood is a Georgie award winner with a mind-blowing $17.8 million-dollar price tag.
