By Vashti Singh May 26, 2016

East Vancouver’s Renfrew neighbourhood is growing ever more popular, and it’s easy to see why. Its central location keeps it close to Hastings Rise and The Drive, it’s minutes from the highway and the North Shore, a 10- to 15-minute drive downtown, and, as far as Vancouver real estate goes, the homes are still relatively affordable. With many of the older detached homes being renovated or rebuilt, and modern condo developments entering the neighbourhood, it’s a community on the rise. Read below for the highest- and lowest-priced condos and houses in this changing area.
