Highest- and Lowest-Priced Listed Homes in… Quilchena

Continuing our series looking at the highest- and lowest-priced homes in communities throughout Vancouver, this week we shine a spotlight on the swanky Quilchena neighbourhood in the heart of the West Side. Sharing borders with similarly upscale neighbourhoods Shaughnessy, South Granville, Kerrisdale, Mackenzie Heights and Arbutus, it comes as no surprise that the starting point for a one-bedroom condo in Quilchena rings in at almost $600,000. The highest-priced condo currently on the market in this area is a Valley Drive unit listed at $2.6 million, showing quite a range. The Valley Drive property is also the home with the highest cost per square foot on our list. The top-priced property overall in Quilchena is a gorgeous three-year-old $8 million house, offering all the luxurious bells and whistles you would expect in this chic ‘hood.
