Highest- and Lowest-Priced Listed Homes in… Mount Pleasant West

By Vashti Singh July 4, 2016

Last week we looked at the highest- and lowest-priced listings currently on the market in Mount Pleasant East. This week, we shift our focus to the other side of Main Street to look at what’s listed in Mount Pleasant West. With same hip-factor as its East Side counterpart (Main Street was recently named one of North America’s coolest shopping streets) but with prices reflecting its West Side status, this area has a unique vibe that keeps residents loving their neighbourhood. And at about a tenth of the volume of listings as its eastern sister ‘hood, Mount Pleasant West is a small and highly coveted community.

Similarities abound in the highest- and lowest-priced properties in Mount Pleasant West. The highest- and lowest-priced condos are both one-bedroom units, and the top- and bottom-priced duplexes are the brand-new ground and upper level homes in the same building.

Click through the links below to see the full listings and photo galleries of each home.
