Richard Earles

Meet Richard, a highly experienced mortgage professional with a track record spanning over 15 years. Richard lives in Port Coquitlam with his family of four. He is a husband and Dad of two beautiful daughters. He enjoys golf in the summer and hockey in the winter, but the thing that he loves all year long is talking about mortgages. Just ask his wife 😆. Richard is a mortgage broker and the proud owner of Dominion Lending Centres Valley Financial Specialists as well as the owner of JME Deposit Loans, a niche lending company servicing mortgage brokers and realtors in the lower mainland. Richard is also an active AirBnB & VRBO host and understands the ins and outs of the short-term rental business. Richard grew up in Ontario but moved to British Columbia in 2010 and began his mortgage career with Dominion Lending Centres. After 7 years Richard was given the opportunity to acquire Valley Financial Specialists and he completed the sale in 2017. Over the years Richard has been recognized in the industry for his devoted work in the mortgage industry. Awards include and range from top 40 under 40 in, to Top BDM, to DLC Master award, and most recently being inducted into the DLC Elite Hall of Fame with Dominion Lending Centres.
