Kundhal kicked off his career in sales when he was 19, working across retail and the automobile industry. He says the move from there into real estate just felt natural.
These days, he puts a lot of energy into his clients, especially when it comes to first-time buyers.
“It's all about seeing the smile on my clients face when I had them over the keys,” he says. “It's just a beautiful feeling. They've been renting, they feel like all their payments are going to waste - it's like paying 100% interest. So it feels great when you end up helping them buy a property that has everything they're looking for.”

A passion for the stage.
Great real estate agents know how stressful buying and selling a home can be. That’s why Kundhal works hard to put his clients at ease throughout the process. But the secret to his success in this area may be his life’s other passion - acting.
If he wasn’t a realtor, Kundhal says he’d pursue an acting career.
"You get to live a different character every single time you do a different role,” he explains. “Acting actually helped me open up in front of my clients. You're not shy anymore - your clients feel comfortable and they open up to you."
