An absolutely phenomenal experience! Antonio sold my townhouse in 2 weeks! He used unique marketing strategies such as magazine worthy photographs from his professional photographing team and state-of-the-art video tours, which even incorporated the use of a drone to get amazing angles and shots that you couldn't get from a standalone video camera. I couldn't believe it when my townhouse sold to a person from another Province - he made the trip to see my place in person after seeing the video tour and photographs. Antonio impressed me with his marketing reach and strategies. In addition to the media he used, there were also ads on google and facebook to promote the sale of my home - he really went the extra mile to get my place the exposure that other realtors were unable or unwilling to do. But beyond all of that, he was very down to earth and personable. He worked tirelessly to communicate with me and sell my home. He was not pushy and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked with me in order to help me achieve my goals. His work ethic was apparent when I sent him a text question at midnight and received a response back within minutes when I didn't expect to hear back from him until sometime the next day - even then he was working to sell my place. I do not leave reviews very often, or ever, but this was something I had to do. I have not had good experiences with realtors in the past and I was blown away with how amazing my experience was this time around. He made the entire process stress-free for me and really went the extra mile to ensure my house sold as quick as possible. Highly recommend.
